Delivery Charges:

Standard delivery charges apply for most areas. However, for locations that are farther away, delivery charges may exceed 4 KD.

Extended Delivery Times:

For certain remote areas, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. We appreciate your understanding as we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Delivery Hours:

Deliveries are made during business hours, from 9 AM to 5 PM, Sunday to Thursday.

Delivery Issues:

If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours.

Standard Delivery: 4 KD for nearby areas, 15 KD for distant areas.

Delivery Time: 5 working days.

Free Delivery: Orders above 100 KD qualify for free delivery, in the following locations:

• Khiran
• Dabaia
• Mina Abdullah
• Sabah Alahmed

4 KD Delivery Areas: Standard nearby locations.

15 KD Delivery Areas, If order is under 100 KD:
